In order to take the Duolingo English Test, you will need a computer with a functioning microphone, speakers, and camera. Your camera should be on the top-center of your monitor or screen. - Phone
You will need to use your phone camera to record your keyboard and computer screen during the test. Your phone must be fully charged or plugged in throughout the test. Valid identification - ID
In order to receive certified results, the Duolingo English Test requires a government-issued photo ID. You will need to have your actual, physical ID ready when taking the test. During the setup section of your test, you will need to submit a photo of this ID. You may not use copies and pictures of the ID card or passport. You must be holding up the actual ID.
